Great building and great location
The Marquise Square Tower was built with a high-rise residential. The design is modern and appreciated me with a gorgeous view from the Burj Khalifa. The room is so spacious and clean and also the gym. It provides fully equipped and like new equipment to me. I have great experience in this apartment. The swimming pool is also spacious and clean with a kid pool. The staffs are so great and helpful.
Spacious Room in a Reasonable Price
If anybody looking for condo for sale in a prime location, tenant and spacious bedroom in a reasonable price and surround yourself by many facilities, I think Marquise Square Tower is for you. Moreover, for the aesthetically, the project’s unique form of building structure and have a modern design but for interior is cozy and livable. So, I think this’s not live conveniently but could be worth for investment as well.
