when i heard emaar properties launching a new project and a villas project i was already sold. as emaar properties are very meticulous with their design work and functionaility of real estate. the villa is at the high-end but the price in dubai luxury real estate is still for great value. it will be an amazing holiday home during winter months in germany and perfect to go golfing in the area. i move in and out of dubai often, so i can call this home.

एमार हिल्स पार्क दुबई के एक बहुत ही खूबसूरत स्थान पर स्थित है। दुबई के एक बहुत ही हरे भरे इलाके में। फुटबॉल, टेनिस और मेरी पसंदीदा टेबल टेनिस के लिए अद्भुत खेल सुविधाएँ। मैं ऑस्ट्रेलिया में रहता हूँ, लेकिन मूल रूप से दुबई से हूँ और अब मैं फिर से दुबई वापस आ गया हूँ। यह इलाका बहुत अच्छा और शांत है। यात्रा करने और घूमने के लिए आपको एक निजी कार की आवश्यकता होगी। हालाँकि यह रहने के लिए एक बहुत ही शांत इलाका है और इसकी कीमत भी बहुत अच्छी है।

park ridge apartment is nearby most for all the major amentitiets and facilites in dubai. from major landmarks such as burj khalifa and the kite beach at jumeirah. the 2 bedroom apartment at park ridge is semi-lxuurious and very spacious. the floor-to-ceiling windows are great with beautiful views of teh cities, parks, and entertainment center. the room provide american kitchen style bar stool. however on the weekend some shops are closed and it can cause a problem. but dubai marina is a short 10 minutes drive away, so everything is good.

moving to dubai six years ago, i thought how would my children grow up with only high-rise buildings and fast-pace citylifestyle. then i found mullberry apartments and it was what i was looking for like back home in brighton. well i mean by green spaces, parks for my children to run around after school. the internatiional school is just 5 minutes away by car. my husband love to golf, so it was perfect for him to wind down after work and go golfing. for me i get to drink coffee during the afternoon in a slow-pace dubai. it perfect to raise to family and enjoy the outdoors and surrounding by lots of parks and greenery.

acadia apartments located in dubai hills estate offer me a very conveient travel in the region of dubai. work very close by to downtown dubai it takes 6 minutes drive. near to plenty to leisure attraction as well. the 1-bedroom apartment for sale in dubai hills estate at acadia is modern, made with white marble floors and white paint. the kitchen area is nice as it comes with an oven and brown furniture shade. the living area is spacious, and the master bedrooms comes with walk in closet as well. a affordable apartment in a tranquil community in dubai.

firstly, dubai hills is my favourite location to live and i would like to have some apartment here with my family. green square at dubai hills is all for my demands because there’s many kid facilities including a play area and adventure playground. they also provide a livable environment for families such as a spacious space inside and surrounded by greenery.

the apartment is in a peaceful place and close to the big green park. i feel the fresh air from there even though it is near the road. i traveled alone for the business trip and was looking for the best place to live while working here. then, i found this place with the best location, atmosphere and leisure. the shopping mall is just walking distance even though the weather is freaky hot now in this year.

the park point apartment is next to a big green park in a quiet neighborhood. even though it is next to a road, i can still sense the fresh air there. in search of the greatest area to live while working here, i flew alone for the business trip. then, i discovered this venue with the ideal atmosphere, leisure, and location. the apartment and neighbouring area make me think that is a right decision to choose here. even though it's freakishly hot outside right now in this year, the shopping mall is only a short walk away.

the mulberry ii at dubai hills estate is close to the road that is easily accessible but it stills calm and serene. the place is suitable for all who want to live with family while needing a private space. it has a skate park near the project that is a great place. this place is a luxurious house and comfortable. the swimming pool and car parking space are all good.

i am looking for a room near the dubai mall and busstops because i’m working around there and have to take the bus to work. at that time, i often passed the project when it was not finished. so, i decided to see the acacia apartments when it did. the first thing i'm impressed with are the amenities that the project provides. whether it is a modern decoration and well space management, including various activities spaces. the second is location in which acacia apartments is situated near the road where there are shops nearby. it’s near the main road and al khail rd 1 bus stop which gives me easy access to anywhere. i am impressed here.
