well, there is not much to say about jumeirah village cirlce. i live here for 6 years now and love the community. well, i love it now because i have a car as its easier to travel. but mate, you know jvc has everything. i like to go for cricket at dubai sports city just a short drive away. for grocery shopping is easy even traveling to work is easy to business bay. now i need a home and found it here. very easy payment plan, which i need not to stress. the model 1-bedroom looks beautiful especially the ktichen with an american style bar to have fun. the miami vibes are cool, just need to buy sunglasses now. good choice!!

binghatti luna apartment in jvc is one of the best valued apartment i can find in the area. central location of dubai with amazing connectivity to every corner of dubai. the 1-bedroom apartment is very spacious and provides me with an excellent area to work, to have a rest and the balcony is amazing that there is a small coffee table outside for me to chill and look at the beautiful dubai skyline.

i have been told many times about ‘how great is ellington properties.’ i couldn’t believe it until i found out on my own. i was introduced to an upcoming residence at jumeirah village circle called belgravia heights i which is still under construction. the location and design are quite promising. the former belgravia can prove that this new residence is going to be great. i am waiting for the project to finish because i want to move in as soon as possible.

i must be too excited to write this review. the 7 west residences offer the beautiful townhouse in the decent location. it is located at the community of jumeirah village circle which grants a number of nice greenery. with the connection of main roads, i can easily drive to the downtown area with the route e311. since these townhouses are in the private environment. it is very quiet at the night. i can rest perfectly in my home. my home has 3 bedrooms which is enough for having one guest room for my friends, whenever they come to visit me.

i really like the idea of belgravia heights 1 apartments. first thing is that it is located in the active community in jumeirah village. there are many shopping malls and avenues for strolling around. i also admire the green surroundings such as community gardens. the overall sense of this place initiates the minimal emotion with the subtle grey color. this place promotes the outdoor activities too. the yoga area is very convenient for usage. the gym is fully-equipped with quality products which can ensure the safety during the fitness hours. i would rate this place 4 out of 5 for sure.

this residence is more like a hotel

my first impression of the belgravia heights 2 is that this apartments look pretty similar to the 5-star hotel. there are many facilities that hold the same quality as some high-class hotels or resorts. around the swimming pool area, there are a lot of sunbeds for resting and relaxing after splash into the water. the roof terrace is made for a great sightseeing. overall, i love this place as well as its good facilities.

the amazing location in the luxurious community

there are many upcoming residences, yet there is nothing compared to the belgravia heights ii. this residential project seems to be done by the end of the year 2021. i am expected to be one of the residences. i really like the surroundings. i can get to downtown dubai within minutes. this place also has a studio-type of room which is affordable in price. i don’t know that whether or not this place allows residents to have pets since i plan to have a cute little puppy.

the balcony take takes your breath away

a fully residential area of dubai and looking outside from the balcony, you can see swarms of houses all over jumeirah village center and the beautiful dubai skyline. the units are pretty large, offer plenty of workspaces, and have some privacy in the living and dining rooms. the view of the balcony can take your breath away. the buses can be a bit redundant as everyone in the area pretty much have a car. there are many different restaurants around the area, as it is a residential place and you find mainly middle eastern food and asian cuisine in particular. but they are a few international fast-food chains in the area, for some late-night meals.
